Oakbrook, Illinois. May 22, 2024 – INOC, an ITsavvy Company, a 24×7 Network Operations Center (NOC), and global provider of technology infrastructure monitoring, reporting, and support services, today announces it has successfully completed the requirements for the ISO 27001:2022 certification for its Information Security Management System (ISMS).

ISO 27001:2022 is an information security standard published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the world’s largest developer of voluntary international standards, and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). This certification, bestowed on the successful completion of a formal audit process, is evidence that INOC has met rigorous international standards in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer data, systems, and infrastructure being monitored and managed by INOC’s Network Operations Centers.

INOC achieved ISO 27001:2013 certification in 2015 and has kept the certificate current since then. The new ISO 27001:2022 certification includes 11 additional controls and more stringent requirements around control structure, planning and defining security process criteria, and monitoring standards. It now also includes criteria for “threat intelligence,” which requires organizations to gather and analyze information about threats so they can be mitigated. The latest ISO certification ensures that customer data and information security has been addressed, implemented, and controlled correctly in all areas of INOC.

"Achieving the latest ISO 27001 certification isn't just about meeting standards; it's about setting them,” said Milind Shah, ITsavvy’s Chief Technology Officer. “INOC received zero non-conformity findings and opportunities for improvement during the ISO certification audit. With this achievement, INOC demonstrates not only outstanding compliance but leadership in safeguarding the digital future."
